Company Overview

Cinpart is a group of closely connected companies each providing products and services to a particular market or market segment. The Cinpart head office is located in London with accounting and administrative services for most of the subsidiaries provided from Bangkok in Thailand. Current subsidiaries are:

Active Energy Ltd: Based in the United Kingdom, Active Energy was established during March 2009 to manufacture and sell the VoltageMaster power optimiser as a solution for electricity and carbon reduction. These specialist transformers enable customers to reduce their electricity costs by up to 20%, with associated savings in greenhouse gas emissions. In September 2009, Active Energy was selected as a nominated supplier to the ESPO (Eastern Shire Purchasing Organisation) framework agreement for voltage optimisation equipment. This framework is open to the entire public sector. During January 2010, Active Energy announced a strategic alliance with Southern Electrical Contracting (SEC), a subsidiary of Scottish and Southern Power. SEC selected VoltageMaster as the sole voltage optimiser to be offered to their customers. Active Energy has also been successful in winning a number of public sector tenders, most recently for the installation of VoltageMaster units in over fifty Ministry of Justice court houses throughout England. VoltageMaster is proudly made in the United Kingdom in accordance with ISO9001 Quality Standard and ISO14001 Environmental Management Standard.

Gasignition Ltd: Located in United Kingdom, Gasignition Ltd supplies gas ignition components to customers in United Kingdom and Europe.

Derlite Co Ltd: Derlite manufactures and sells product to Gasignition Ltd. Also supplies directly to some larger customers in United Kingdom and Europe as well as customers located throughout the rest of the world. Derlite is located in Thailand.

Buckland (Hong Kong) Ltd: This Company is maintained as a holding company, it is the registered owner of Derlite Co Ltd.
